Registration of the land to many people

I met XYZ's father on 1 Jan 2010. He narrated that a plot bought by him
in 1956 in Bangalore was registered to multiple (3) people. He lost huge money in
this transaction. I wanted to identify this by prashna.

The analysis of the prasha posed by me reveals the followings:
1. Mesha lagna raising. Lagna lord Mars is retrograde. Ma is sitting
on the 5H (house of gain to the seller). Also Ma is the lagnadipathy
at the time of prashna.
2. Lagna nakshatradhipathi, ketu is on the 4 cusp. So query is related to
land/house/plot....
3. Lagna sublord, Moon in 4H but rules 5H. Seller wanted to make profit.
4. 1csl (cusp sublord). Mo in Sa star(6-litigation, fraud, enimical activity,
11-gain, badhaka,12-investment, loss, expenditure). Mo is in the sub of Ve(2-money,
7-seller, 9-plot sale).

The condition of the documents & registration is to be judged from 3H.
3csl, MeR => multiple documentation/registration and also note that Me is
retrograde => not normal direction.

All this shows that the plot was registered multiple times.
