My thoughts
During analysis of prashna chart related to business, if Gulika occupies 7H or conjunct 7L => Pretha shapa. Similarly 5H/5L while analyzing child birth.

Eg., Client visits for prashna related to business. Let the 1H=Leo. So 7H=Aq. Assume Gu in 7H. aspected by Mars. Let Gu be ruled by Sa-Rh-Ve. As Gu in Rh star => death by snake bite, as Gu aspected by Mars => unnatural death. Also Rh=> poison. Ve being badhaka => trouble. If both Rh & Ve in male sign => male. Preference has to be given to sign occupied sub lord in determining the sex in case of dilemma.

Curse/Shapa

Curse/Shapa can cause trouble while attempting events as follows:
        1. while fixing up the marriage - alliance may not work/breaks/delay.
        2. Business does not do well.
        3. Delay in child birth / no child.
